Client Seated or Supine
Hold client’s arm in 20-30 degrees of elbow flexion, with one hand placed above the wrist, and the other hand at the lateral aspect of the elbow.
Apply a valgus force to the elbow by moving the forearm laterally while stabilizing the elbow. |
Pain or excessive mobility in the elbow. |
